Dear FPC Family,

Welcome to First4All, a unique and pivotal time in the history of First Presbyterian Church. While we celebrate the goodness of God to and through our church over the last 197 years, First4All is about trusting God with our future. First4All is a campaign to expand and open our space to be more welcoming for others. We have entitled the campaign First4All since we want to be a church for all people who desire to be part of an encouraging Christian community committed to knowing Jesus Christ and making Him known. We want to welcome others as Jesus has welcomed us.

First4All is also a once in a lifetime opportunity to complete the final phase of a strategic master plan which was conceived and initiated more than thirty years ago. Many of us, as well as those who came before us, have sacrificially given time, energy, and personal resources to make that plan a reality. This is the perfect time to bring this effort to completion as we soon enter a third century of ministry. My hope and prayer is that this will be a strategic time to commit ourselves afresh to the task of downtown and regional ministry where the Lord has placed us.

 I am thankful to be your pastor, and I eagerly anticipate what God may do in our congregation during this campaign.

In order for FPC to continue to be a vibrant church community in downtown Macon for decades to come, we need to complete the effort of making our church welcoming, accessible, and engaging.

With the increased popularity of downtown living, the growing student population, and the revitalization of downtown Macon, ministry opportunities are increasingly moving toward us. FPC providentially finds itself located in the heart of all this activity, and we have a tremendous opportunity to love our city and its people. Therefore we want our facilities to be:

Safe and Accessible
Functional and Flexible

The goal of First4All is to raise 5 million dollars.
God has welcomed us into His kingdom and given us everything we need for life and godliness. He provides for us, cares for us, and goes before us in all things. Through the sacrifice of the Son, we have a future that is certain and secure. A third century of Christ proclaiming ministry in Macon, Georgia is a future worthy of sacrifice.

Generosity demands a stirring of God’s Spirit within us. Ask God to use First4All to advance His kingdom and to make us a more generous people.

First4All aims to further enable FPC to be a welcoming church community for all people in Macon. Let’s begin now inviting and engaging our city with the good news of Jesus in the places we live, work, and play
